Currently putting hours into Monster Hunter Wilds and it's everything I wanted from the series.
The quality of life improvements over World are real: endemic life tooltips, better map UI, smarter palico behaviour. But the thing that stands out most is that hunts feel like actual hunts now. Monsters move between areas, sleep when wounded, eat to recover. It feels like you're tracking an animal rather than fighting a boss in a room.
Co-op with a friend has been excellent - we're both playing support-leaning builds (I'm on hunting horn, they're on lance) which makes us slightly unusual in random lobbies but extremely effective. Hunting Horn got genuinely powerful in this entry.
If anyone's playing and wants to run some hunts, post here. Always looking for more people to play with.
