Help & Troubleshooting is for general tech problems that do not fit a more specific forum.
Before posting:
- Search the forum and the internet first. Describe what you found and why it did not solve your issue.
- Check if there is a more specific forum for your topic (e.g. PC builds, networking, Linux).
When posting:
- Describe the problem precisely. What did you expect? What happened instead?
- Include all relevant details: OS, hardware, software version, error messages, steps already tried.
- One problem per thread. Do not stack unrelated questions.
- Update your thread when you find the solution - mark it as solved and post what fixed it.
When helping:
- Ask clarifying questions before guessing.
- Explain your reasoning, do not just post a command to run.
